video card help

hello people, im new here and i would like some help from the pros... i just purchased a 9600 128mb radeon se card ( i know not the best) to replace a cheasy Rage32mb card, i am having problems with it though. when i install the drivers from the cd and finish the process, i am asked to restart my machine, when i do, the new hardware detected process starts all over again. i have a dell machine, p42.4, 512 ram, i am not sure of what other specs you guys might need. thanks

install the newest drivers from www.ati.com They just released the 5.1 Catalyst drivers and they may help you.
