Utility for measuring left/right channel output strength

Hello
I am having a problem with the sound on the right channel coming out weaker than on the left channel. I am not sure if the problem is with my sound card (Audigy 2) or my speakers (2.1 channel). Are there any software tools available that will let me measure the output strength of the left and right channels?

No....but if I were you I would double check to see if the channel balance in the software EQ is not paned to the left channel.

It's been a while since I had this problem but I figured I'd post my findings in case somebody else has a similar issue. The problem turned out to be the speakers. The right channel coming from the woofer was simply weaker than the left channel. I tested it by switching the satellites and also using a different set of speakers with the same card.
