Tv Tuner Card

Hey guys,
I'm after a fairly good quality TV Tuner Card. My budget is about $150 AUD (max), for all you yanks out there it's about $115 USD.

I was originally looking at the PixelView Play TV P7000 (Media Centre) which seems to me to be jammed packed with features.

What do you think would be better for my budget,

1) LEADTEK DV2000 TV TUNER AND DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDER

2) PIXEL VIEW PV - M7000 PLAY TV

The Pixelview one is about $30 AUD more expensive than the leadtek one.

have no idea, I have a hauppauge card I got for $20 and it works fine

have to remember that unless its HDTV capable there isnt much sense in spendng big money on one of these things, the software is the key here, I can recommend some linux software but im clueless about windows software thats any good in this case

Both offer HDTV, Btw what is HDTV? I'm guessing it's so you can record The TV programs onto your HDD?

no HDTV is the new format, about double normal TV resolution
