Time to ask this... Is it normal for heaphones to make noises when PC loading?

You may want to upgrade your sound card, it happens to me with my on-board audio card also... I call them the ghost noises, lol

Yeah it was caused by electrical interferance like Alvin said, since the onboard soundcard, even though it was a 'dedicated' sound card plugged into a PCIX port, was too close to the other components.

So it wasn't a headphones issue, new audio interface solved the problem. Now I can sleep once again (with my headphones on).
