Text-To-Voice Software Required

A bit of an odd request, this but i'd be grateful if anyone could help me out.

I'm looking to download a text-to-voice programme that will give me a voice similar to Stephen Hawkings (or as close as possible). It's for a feature on a friends website.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
