I got a sweet new sound system, i put the bass on lowest but when ever i turn up the volume the bass in the subwoffer still goes up, can someone tell me if there is a certain something i can place my subwoofer on top of that will absorb most of the sound? ex:a telephone book, like what absorbs the most vibration?

His sub is too loud so I recommend him to put a box around it.

Well, you might want to. Try some foam under the sub so the vibrations don't get to the floor.

okay, are they logitech speakers, and what kinda sound drivers do you have, you should be able to lower it some more w/ proper sound drivers

i have soundmax for my sound drivers, tried turning down bass it says its on low already but the slider is grey anyways i cant seem to adjust it

and soundmax??? did that come w/ your mobo, or do you have a soundcard?

i usually see realtek or something if its onboard
