Speakers won't work

I need help please, My speakers aren't working. It told me to re-install it but when I bought my computer it came w/ the speakers and there were no speaker CDs and when I try re-installing it, It won't work. ANY ADVICE/HELP? PLEASE N THANK YOU

is this a new computer? are you sure you have a soundcard? try calling tech support. are u sure the speakers themselves work?

WHAT? You dont install speakers on your computer... you just plug them in. No drivers necessary.
