I installed this into my new rig, the included software is not Win 7 x64 compatible. And I downloaded the new drivers from creatives website... Nothing works. It is just showing up as a non-working "multimedia audio controller" that needs drivers..... Anybody have any ideas?

Try that. It worked for me when my SBLive! didn't have x64 drivers. Might work for you.

Creative includes an XFi detection patch that you need to install before the drivers. I never had a problem installing mine though. Also make sure your downloading the 7 drivers from their site and not the XP ones. I found myself continuously downloading the XP drivers from not paying attention.
