Sound not working properly

Hi, i have windows 7, realtek audio driver, and i use realtek HD audio manager. And i dont know much about computers.

i have sound coming through an amp plugged into the computer thru a headphone jack.

Basically the sound doesnt work properly anymore.
It was working fine, i dint do anything with hardware or software and now it doesnt work.

When i plug in the jack i choose front speaker out, speaker config 5.1. When i press the test play button sound comes from the first 2 main side speakers but not the other 3 or subby.
How can i fix this?

The amp works fine with ps3 and TV and was working fine with PC. Ive tried the audio 2 input on the amp and its the same problem as audio 1.

(on another note, how do i change the display output on my pc from hdmi back to rgb?)

Because it was working once and is not now, I have to think to check the drivers. Try reinstalling. I would then play around with the configurations. Also the software gain should be at a low percentage. That handles input but still such equipment is a bit fussy.
