I have a Gigabyte motherboard that I recently purchased and it is from the K8 Titon series, 939 socket. The onboard sound that I am using is messed up. I am a gamer and I use Teamspeak 2(a program where you can talk to other people.) Whenever I use a push to talk button people can hear everything that is in my headphones. I've made sure that the mic isn't linked to my headphones or anything like that. I also downloaded the most recent driver for my onboard sound. The chip is RealtechAC97, I need some help, I don't want to have to buy a sound card, but if I had to would it even fix my problem?

its proply mute at the volume control

open volume control from start>all programs> Entertainmnet

make sure microphone is not mute in both Playing and Recording sections from Options> Properties
