sound card recomendation

Hi, I have some senheiser 280 pros and not great speakers and was wondering what is the best sound card for the money to get great sound from my headphones (dont need like 7.1 just good headphone quality sound), thanks for the help

What will you be using this soundcard for?

By your headphone purchase it seems that you are probolly a hardcore music listener or an artist.

I listen to music alot studying etc and use them for games, is the turtle beach catalina a good one?

Turtle beach are good.

How much gaming do you do and what kind of games? I would recomend the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 for awsome sound quality, but in newer games it comes up lacking due to no EAX support.

How is it the best? You also cannot just say a card is the best without giving a catagory or backing up what you are saying.

EDIT: That card does not even have ASIO support which is what most of us pro's use btw
