i bought a 5.1 surround sound system a while back but i cnt seem to get all the speakers to work.

i have the 5.1 surround sound option on in properties but it still dont seem to work =[

i was wandering if my sound card was compatible but i cnt seem to find any info on it. could any 1 tell me about this as i thought it would be compatible as it has the option on properties.

oki its a logitech x-530 5.1 system.

about my soound card im not sure. but htis pritn screen mite help you guys.



i run windows xp

2.5 ghz

512 ram

What is your motherboard model number and manufacturer? Do you have a sound card or is the sound integrated with your mohterboard?

i have a hp pavillion 700 desktop pc.

i think my sound card is intergrated with my motherboard, and i think it is a sis mother board.
