i want to take some video stills from a .rm and a .mpg but when i paste it to photoshop it just looks like invisible or something, how can i fix this? or at least wich software can i use?
you cannot use PrintScreen to capture a snapshot from video. i'll point you to Frasp, a very useful program that will take snapshots of any video or game running on your computer when you install it, it's runnung and you press a function button. you can find it here: http://www.fraps.com/download.htm
