Are there any programs to record tv besides media center?

I have to use my DVR (Dish Network) then capture that w/ a Dazzle capture device or my video card. The Dazzle comes with Studio 9 which does all the capturing and burning or exporting. You need the appropriate hardware though before you worry about software.
