Record directly from PS3?

Hi everyone,
Im working on a project about gaming and need to know how i can record directly from my PS3.Internal capture card isnt an option as i have a laptop and i really dont have the money to buy an external capture card.I have a digital camera and i can post pics of the inputs/outputs it has.My laptop has an S-Video connection too.Im looking for something around £20/$38 but i can increase a little bit.

Search for webcams with the best quality recording, set it on a bipod and record . Like people do for live streams.
