Well I've got the 5.1 Logitech Z-5300 but I'm really only using it as a 2.1 setup due to dorm room constraints (I knew I shouldve gone with the Klipsch 2.1 :(). So I've got three channels of output that rarely recieve usage, only if I really want to blast something, since the stereo image is pretty messed up by having 5 front channels. I also happen to have an $80 office chair that I wouldn't mind drilling a few holes in. What I'm considering doing is getting an Aura Bass Shaker from partsexpress and using one of the unused channels from the 5300's amp to power it. That'll give me ~35wRMS.

So far I see one possible obstacle. Does anyone know where this speaker set has its xovers? Are they on the amps end or are they internal in each speaker? If the signal is crossed before it even leaves the amp, I think my idea would be pretty much screwed.
