Playing Video on Motorola e815 phone.

My phone is video capable.

I use a 1 gb micro transflash memory card.

I want to know, is there a certain video format that is only readable/playable with the phone?

Where would I look to find out what formats are compatable/playable?

The transflash memory card is mostly used for mp3's I'm only guessing I could save a video file (like .avi) and play it as well. However, I tried that. And I can't even find the video now.

I saved a .avi file right along with the mp3's on the card, but I can't find the video file at all. The mp3s are all showing up.

So, does anyone have any experience with playing a video on your phone? Not the ones you get from text messages and stuff, I get those just fine also.

The video recorder can shoot up to 5 minutes of video saved to phone memory or any length you wish when saving to a storage card. Video resolution is 176 x 144 at 15 fps in 3G2 format

you can use super to encode to those settings and then transfer to your card and see it the video plays.
