phone program

hey i was wondering if any one knew of a program that is out there that allows you to hook your 56k dial up into the wall then in the outbound plug in a cordless phone then have a program that allows you to dial out and talk through your microphone or the cordless and allow you to record if possible ...... if you cant record that cools b/c i know of recording programs i think that i could use the both to get the job done.....

what operating system are you using? Windows 98 and i think 2000 have Microsoft's Phone Dialer included. check to see it under Programs->Accesories->Communications
