Write down the SKU or just remember what it is exactly, go to Radioshack, and either give somebody the SKU or find it in the adapters and cables section, and pay with cash.

I got my 6-footer with gold contacts for like $7 or something.

If you are dual patching: to your computer speakers and your stereo you will need two pieces. The 1/8" to RCA as above and a 1/8" male to dual 1/8' female splitter. Then you can run both! Radio shack has both and they are $5 each. Capice?

thankyou guys for all your help.

I went to ****-smith electronics the other day, and picked up the thing ericB posted (http://www.radioshack.com/product.a..._id=42-2551)
IT was only 2 meters. So i had to purchase a 5 metre RCA extension cord.
Ended up costing me around $30AUD all up, but well worth it for the sound my stereo is now producing.
