Owch, just busted my Z5500's big time

You see, i plug my headphones straight into the Z5500 control panell, and here i am at 11:20 at night getting tired, so i pull my headphones out in the middle of a song... my headphones arn't very loud, so the control panel was at Boost 11 (past full volume) . And well, im sure you can guess what happend, it really hurt, i got screamed at, and then the speakers just cut out, broke, gone forever. So there you go never play your Z5500's at boost 11.

I still have a ringing in my ear, which is fortunate, because i can't here my dad screaming down the hall at me.

Anyone know how to fix fried speakers ?

Cannot be bothered...how about, i just go buy some Creative Gigaworks S750 and get some even LOUDER sound.

i'm not sure how you just *blow* speakers like that. check the fuse and see if it blew...my money's on that.
