Overburning Trouble

I'm having trouble using the overburning function in the Nero Burning Rom. I went to the expert features and enabled the overburning function but everytime I try to burn a VCD OR SVCD nero just says theres not enough space avaliable and does not overburn the disc it just spits it out of the drive. Any suggestions of what I can do? I burned an 800mb KVCD before with no problems.

you can only overburn certain things and those certain things have to be a certain size over. If theres no room on the disc, thats it. Overburn isn't always going to work.

Is there a way I could create A File Image? so I could burn a KVCD as an image rather than a movie. I burned a KVCD that was 800mb as an image file and Nero let me overburn it.

I think WinRAR has an option to package things as a ISO file.

never overburn. this leads to broken cd and dvd burners
