options for transmitting video to HDTV

Video card: 7900gs with 2 DVI-outs
TV: VISIO VO370M (VIZIO 37" LCD HDTV | VIZIO)

What are my options for transmitting video (like Hulu or a downloaded movie) from my computer to the TV? The TV is pretty far from the computer if I were to wire it along the wall (at least 20 ft., maybe more). Would there be signal degradation issues? Are there any good wireless options?

I guess one major issue is that DVI only transmits video. What other options do I have for transmitting with video and audio?

Maybe a dedicated card for only HDMI, Im not sure if there are sound cards with HDMI, but you can always google around.

I did a few of these type jobs.

All you really gotta do is sleeve the DVI/VGA cables together with the audio cable, with zip ties or whatever.

20ft isn't far at all, if you use DVI cables it should be fine, none of the people I did it for ever complained.. :/

I wouldn't suggest wireless for this type of situation.

dvi and hdmi is the same exact thing except dvi doesn't carry audio. I use this on one my hdtv's without a signal loss
