Hey, I have an odd problem, I thought I might post it here and give some fairly intelligent people the oppertunity to feel smart.

I have the output from my computer plugged into a audio splitter, then from there, 2 cables to my subwoofer like a regular input from a tv or something.
[SUBWOOFER]==========>-[COMPUTER]

I stretch my foot out and sometimes rest my foot next to the cables in back and sometimes bump the audio cable, and after doing this, all sound cuts off in online videos.

Hulu - Watch your favorites. Anytime. For free. YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. ect.... any website with audio is cut off.

Video games work fine, so do videos on my hard drive, and mp3's.

A quick restart and all audio works fine on my machine again.

It seems to only happen when i jiggle or move my computer and the cable to the audio output moves. But it only cuts off sound on certain applications. This is quite an interesting problem I've been experiencing over the past few months.

This is an onboard soundcard.
