I've been seeing articles and posts where some people are able to do tv out with this video card over an s-video to composite cable. When I start my computer, the card does recognize the tv but in the NVidia control panel, it detects it as a s-video connection and changes the signal type to s-video. The TV shows only scrolling lines since it can't lock on to the timing.
Has anyone had to use custom timing parameters or custom resolutions to get their card to work with a tv that only accepts composite?
Any other tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
