no video being shown

Hi there, hope you're all right.
I can't seem to view my video files, even though they open and the audio plays.

I've tried playing the video through different media programmes (windows media player, real player etc), even vlc, but stil have the same problem.
Can anyone help me on this?

Get the KLite codec pack. Install that. then play the video.

hiya ive downloaded that and installed it but its still the same sound but no video...

Try updating yoru video driver. If you dont know what kind of video device you have post up the make and model of your PC.
