New speakers WTD: Sorrund Sound 5.1

Hey.

I'm looking for a quality audio system for my Sony Bravia TV. My budget is around $450 maximum

I'd prefer a Dolby system, since there are more dolby dvd's available, than DTS's (right me if I'm wrong)

Again, it has to be quality. If I'm going to pay a price of $450 I surely want what I pay for.

Any ideas?
