MP3 Vol Leveling/Freeware..

hi there.. does anyone know of some kind of audio leveling freeware program so all my mp3's are the same(ish) volume when building playlists ect...

i-tunes had the option built into it last time i was using.. i prefere win-amp.. but cant seem to find this type of function?
