my mp3 player won't do anything after I took it off the charger, it usually flashes the LG logo then starts but now it just sits there with the logo on the screen. At first I hooked it up to the computer then windows said the device malfunctioned now it won't detect on the computer or turn off unless it gets reset then just turns back on and freezes on the logo again. the player is a LGFM20 can someone help me fix this?
