Mic Plays HeadPhone Sounds

This problem just recently started to happen. I am on a cs:s team and we use vent/team speak alot and for some reason whatever my headphones play it is audible to the people over vent very clearly. I have even turned my volume all the way down on my headphones and asked them if they could hear it and they said yes. I have an Audigy Sound Blaster 2 ZS and under "recording" in my volume control it says "mic" not "what you can hear". Is there a possible option I am missing that could solve this problem?

isnt their two headphone level bars..
i dont know how to explain this but on my xfi their is like two bars.. one for recording and one for kinda like an echo of what your saying..

if the zs has this option then just try reducing the echo..
