Meh, .mp4 and .avi work for me

Just installed it on my server and tested some music / channels on it. Need to hook up my external HDD's to it to test that out now lol.

Does it play MKV fine, or do you know? A lot of my media is also MKV.

Cheating casting it to my Chromecast through Chrome since I don't want to buy Premium lol. Worked pretty well for a few clips through the Channels section, as well as some songs through the actual streamer.

I bought the app since I use it so much. It should work, but I haven't tried. I believe Plex does transcoding on the fly.

So far, I haven't bought any app in the time I've owned Android . I've managed to find free alternatives to everything up to this point. Only one I'm planning on buying is Torque Pro once I buy an OBD-II adapter for my car so I can see real-time stats and such, and clear trouble codes lol.

How is Plex with transcoding to something that is file lame like the 360?

I've never streamed to any console myself. Mostly Chromecast / Nexus 7 / Chrome browser for me.
