Making headphones/speakers, wireless??

well i know they sell wireless headphones/speakers but is there a jack or something that will TURN a non wireless headphone/speakers into wireless?

I have this setup to send sound from my laptop to my powered desktop speakers across the room. To bad it isn't made any more. I haven't seen anything like it since.
