Logitech Headset/Mic Broken?

So i turn on my computer today and push my chair backwards to give me some room, meanwhile when i do that my computer does a 180..... My headset cord was plugged into the back of the computer and when i made some room it was also wrapped around the leg of my chair. The sound quality is now crap, and my mic seems not to work. I'm just taking a guess but i broke it didn't I????? Geez wish i had the recepit to bring to back. Anyone know if i can do something to fix this?

comeon guys anything! I can still hear things but the best i can describe it is it's all synth out and a little distorted...

Never mind......i bought a new mic and headset today.
