LED Signs/Financial Ticker

Not sure where to post this question, but here it goes...
I'm looking into LED signs, specifically ones that can receive live feed via internet. I've looked into some Financial Ticker LED signs. Here's the problem, my needs are pretty specific. A sign that receives live feed of current oil prices only. One line. Text all one color. Most places do a live feed of stock prices, but nothing as specific as I'm looking for. Anyone out there know what I'm talking about?

Sounds like something you'd have to put together yourself. How good are your programming skills?

Yea, but, I don't know of any place that could sell something such as that, LED signs that do that tend to be expensive....

Expense is not an issue. Just need the thing to output the information I mentioned. I'm not tech savvy at all... I need a company that can do it all.
