Wassup everybody!

I read alot of reviews on the Klipsch Ultra vs Z-5500 and people seem to skeet over the logitech decoder.

If I get the Klipsch Ultra with a X-fi Xtreme Music sound card, can the sound card be my digital decoder?

Also how hard is it to hook up my PS2 or Xbox to my Klipsch sound system?

As you can tell... Im a sound noob! Just been doing alot of research and it seems that the Klipsch's have better sound quality.

Yes the X-fi is the digital decoder. Digital decoder is a fancy word for DAC, used to make people think they are getting some 1337 "digital" speakers

I have no idea how you would hook up computer speakers to a PS2 or xbox.

Check the compatibility, I know Logitech speakers usually come with a game adapter like this for their 5.1 speakers, not sure about the 7.1's

Or you could always get it, it's sold seprately also, but when I bought my 5.1 from Logitech a couple of months ago, I got the adapter. Works with Xbox and PS2.
