k6 2 400mhz sound card & video card needed

I got a old k6 2 400hmz parts computer I am looking to get a sound card & video for this computer. I am going to use the mostly to play mp3s I need recommondations on a good soundcars & good video card that will work in this old computer looking to only spend looking $30 to $40 max for each.

get a cheapo sound card for like less than $10.00, think they have soundblaster 16's or equivalent

vid card, PCI or AGP?
PCI--> just aboout anything, 4mb or better would be good idea
AGP-->8mb cards are dirt cheap too, savage is ok, just so many driver versions around and not always the one you need
