iRiver H320 vs. Cowon iAudio X5

Hi y'all.

Im about to do a -relative for me- expensive purchase.
I would to buy a harddisk mp3 player of 20 gb's. My choise has fallen for the iRiver H320 or the iAudio X5.
Both do have color screen (250k colors), both have a usb host (for uploading pics for digital camera to hdd).
Difference are:
iRiver is Thicker
iRiver had a plastic outside, iAudio is made of metal.
iRiver has more pixels (screen)
iRiver has 10fps XVID playback, iAudio has 15 fps playback but u first have to convert xvid to another iAudio format.
iRivers screen is larger, 1.8" vs. 2".

yeah, i knew that. im not that type of google-noob.
it still don't know it..
i almost bought the iAudio today, but then i read that a leather case will cost around $43/€39..
iaudio has the earphone output on the side what is not good i think as the iriver has it on top..

You have a dilemma....I honestly think you'll probably be happy either way as both units are pretty impressive! Have fun!
