I can't play help!!!!

my cousin bought a CD of an online game , entitled KHAN ONLINE,,,, based on the games requirements that were indicated on the CD case, it is compatible with my computer,,, so i installed it and i updated everything that i need to update,,, when i tried to start the game ,,, a dialouge box appeared ,,, it says "CreateDevice Failure" What can i do to solve this problem?
please help me!!!! thnx
