Hooking a VCR to a Computer

Hey!

my first post.

just have a question. I am a Virginia tech hokies fan and just taped there game against UVA on saturday, on a VCR. And now i would like to put it onto my computer to edit and such. i have a Hp pavilion a820n THANKS!

not it's an input device. I got one hook up to my kid's computer with cable. they use to reail for 79-89 bucks. you can hook you vcr vedio out up to the composite in and use 1/8 to rca for the audio

you would be suprise at the quality of the video, too. it looks almost are good as the expensive hardware encoders on my other machines.
