help setting up windows for 2 outputs

heres my issue
im trying to setup the online radio for my dad's office

he wants to be able to play the online radio thru the front pc output

but he also needs his computer speakers so he can view videos presentations and stuff online

so in other words he needs to have the online radio only playing thru the front output

and other sounds only play thru the rear line output

the audio codec is REALTEC ALC888S
