I got a MP4 watch for Christmas. So far it has been great with mp3, pictures, etc. But I am running into problems with video, I already have found a few that work while others don't for reasons unknown.
I am using the software that came bundled with the watch, SigmaTel Motion Video.
The main problem I am running into is converting some of my video files, for instance a .avi file I am trying to convert it seems to run the process just fine until at the end of converting it pops up with something like "cannot convert change resolution/filesize". The perplexing thing is when it does this the file size is greatly varying between them.
I have experimented with the different quality options it gives me, lower resolution and so on but it still doesn't seem to work.
My ultimate goal here is being able to rip my dvds and then convert them to .smv so I can view them on my watch.
Any ideas or has anyone had any similar trouble?
