help me choose pc speakers+soundcard ...

OK I want to buy new pc speakers ... I have about 200$-350$ to spend on it - what do you suggest ? My uses is 80% for music(mp3) and 20% for tv/games ...

About the sound card - I got now the old SB LIVE! ... With the new speakers you think that if I will change the sound card it will change a lot in the sound ? If so - what sound card I should buy ? (not too expensive...)

The Creative Audigy 2 ZS is a good card, especially for gaming. I just got myself one and it's good.
