having trouble uploading to iPod

somehow my iPod thought it needed an auto sync and i lost most of the stuff on it. i have a new computer (well a year old but i guess i never moved the music directory over) so it lost most of the stuff, had only a little on it now. dont know if it never lost it, or it did and this is just whats remaining on this computer.

anyway, so now im trying to upload some stuff and its not working for some reason. im trying to upload a track called pimsleur 15 (spanish learning!). the current error says: "iTunes could not copy "Pimsleur 15" to the iPod "Dan's iPod" b/c an unknown error occurred (-50)."

can anyone advise?

See if any of those fix what you're dealing with.
