You will most likely like the 201s, but the 280s are MUCh, MUCH better and I really recommend spending the little bit extra.

I got the 201's.
No complaints. Not too heavy, pretty comfortable, good sound, nice long cord.
Only bad thing I have to say is that I'm not a fan of the adjustable part.. it feels kind of cheap, and it doesn't exactly click into a certain setting, but oh well - I haven't noticed it accidentally change sizes on me, so no biggy.
$25 from best buy, I'll take it.
