Im sorry, advancedgeek. Never question Super. It is the BEST thing out there. You might still be a True Techie so you won't know what poeple on TF recommends.

I thought that youtube accepted wmv. my friend uses that format because when he upload avi, he will lose A/V sync

I can vouch for SUPER. It works fine. Plus, you just input a few different options, and that's it - it does the rest.
