electronic noise over headphones

I just got a pair of Bose Triport headphones and I want to use them with my Dell Dimension 8200, but they're so sensitive that the noise from the CPU, hard drive, and optical drives is extremely loud. I heard faint noise with my Kosses, but this is ridiculous. Is there some way I can filter it out? Thanks.

Get a better soundcard or get some kind of noise reduction program

My soundcard is pretty good, though a few years old - Santa Cruz Turtle Beach. I like this usb stuff, thanks!

So this USB converter - I plug it in and then plug my speakers, microphone, and headphones when I use them, into it? And it renders my sound card (even if I had a top-of-the-line one) useless, because it does a cleaner, better job? All for $30???? *getting really excited*
