DVD Shrink Porblems

Using DVD Shrink 3.2

When i try and back up the image saved on my hd from one of my DVD's, only about 44% of it is burnt onto the blank dvd and it just stops... it doesnt finish or progress any further, i have to restart to get it to close... i put the partially burnt dvd in my home theater dvd player and it just sits at the load screen.
any advice?

I have this problem with xDVDShrink (Linux) and DVDShrink (command line for Linux). The only thing I could do to solve the problem was use a different program.

rip it 4 me use dvd shrink and dvd decrypter to rip the 2 new copy protected schemes

That can't be ... because old DVD players wouldn't be able to play new DVDs.

Recently released DVDs are now very often equipped with stronger copy protections, such as ARccOS and RipGuard DVD.
