Scince nobody can help with my first problem, i tryed it again myself and found something. when i open nero it asks me what type of dvd i want to burn, and my choices are: DVD-ROM(ISO), DVD COPY, DVD-VIDEO, DVD-ROM (Boot), DVD-ROM (UDF), and DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO). None of these are DVD+. there all -. what the hell? why cant i burn a + dvd?

i dunno what medias are compatable, how can i find this? heres some info from everest:
