Does anyone know about any programs in which i can create MP3 files that beep at customizeable time intervals, or who can create such a program. I am trying to create an audiofile for a circuit training program and circuit timers are like $120. that is just rediculous for playing a beep at 2min, 1min, 3min, 1min, 2min, 30 sec, etc. with silence between. what would be even better is if i could overlap such a file with a regular playlist on my I-pod. I would be willing to pay for a solution if it isn't such an extravagent price. I just want something functional and simple to use, and if possible, free. Any information, advice, or input will be greatly appreciated.
