I don't know wether i'm going down the right lines here, but on my dads AE 3's on bassy music the woofer is moving very little, and the mid/woofer is moveing massive amounts, thus the bass is not as good as it would be if it was comeing out the woofer.
Now, would it be possible to change the crossover frequency from these two drivers so the woofer works at a higher frequency ? takeing the strain off the midrange and producing better, deeper bass lines.
Would this work if it was possible ?
