creative 2.1 to tv

hi
i was wondering if u could plug my creative 2.1 speakers to my tv. My tv has 2 RCA on the back(yellow and white). The Sub has 4 ports, 1 for power, 2 for the speakers and 1 for the audio input.
I was thinking that i could plug one of those 1/8 to 2 rca cables into the audio input and to the tv. Would that work?

yes it will work exactly like that. i do not understand your picture exactly, but 1/8 to RCA adaptor will output right & left stereo channels. your TV should have right & left for the input also
